The whole idea about taking trans fats out of our diets is a good one for all the obvious reasons. However I believe that as a society we need to take responsibility for ourselves. We are ADULTS for goodness sake. As long as we are informed about what is in our food, we can make CHOICES about what we eat. Why should the bakeries suffer. Sometimes I do like to visit a bakery for a special occasion and I like to have the choice to do that. I believe is that people and businesses need to start taking responsibility for what they produce, how they package it (in other words are they telling us whats in it) and what they choose to eat! Doesn’t get much simpler than that.
Can you tell this is a hot topic for me!
warmly,
Louise
